The guarantee applies in EUROPE and in the DOM TOM  for two years.
 
Faulty or damaged products

If you think that your product is faulty or damaged, don’t hesitate to call our technical unit. Please communicate us the following pieces of information:
Customer number (if it applies)
Email
Reference of the product
Date of purchase
Detailed description of the problem
Our technicians will do their best to help you. If they conclude that the product needs to be repaired, they will give you a return authorisation.
Warning. The products sent back to Net'Eau® without a return authorisation number won’t be treated.
The guarantee period starts on the day you purchase the product. It is NOT prolonged by the exchange of the product.

The Guarantee doesn’t apply to the following cases :

 - Periodic controls, maintenance, reparation and replacement of the spare parts because of the normal wear

 - Costs and direct or indirect risks of transit related to the use of the guarantee of this product

 - The damaging of the product resulting of :

• abuse or misuse, especially but not only being the result of :

1. carelessness or fault of the user ( use contrary to the instructions or not adapted, mishandling of the product, fall, break, accidental crack)) etc…
2. installation or use of this product in contradiction with the technical or security standards in force in the country where the product is used

• reparations made by unregistered repairers.
• Unpredictable accidents or any event out of the control of Net'Eau®, especially but not exclusively :

     Lightning, flood, fire, public troubles, etc…
